Obtaining a UK qualification is valued throughout the world.
Education can lift people out of poverty, can help our economy, can help to solve the climate crisis, supports community understanding and cohesion, the list is endless.
I am so proud of our teachers, our lecturers, our apprentice coaches but our education system needs supporting and should be free.
I will fight for a fully funded education system, free for our people when they need it. I will also fight for students to have the choice for how they wish to study, including on-campus, hybrid, online and virtual.
